About Bourbon & Shamrocks

Bourbon & Shamrocks is a band founded on fun music and good times. Most of the members have been jamming together for the last 10 to 15 years. Recently, things changed and they got a chance to go public at a small local pub. Since that day, B&S has been playing at least once a week for the fans and rehearsing once a week for themselves. They love the music they play, which includes genres like Sea Shanties, Irish Pride and Drinking songs, Irish Traditional, Blue Grass, Old Time, Folk, and Southern Rock. As their motto plainly states
in Gaelic, “ Ceoil agus Craic aneas!”, you can count on
“Music and Fun from the South!”

Bourbon & Shamrocks has performed at a variety of venues including, Finnegan's Pub, The Kaffee Klatsch, St. Patrick’s Day Parade 2010 & 2011, Veteran's Day Parade 2010, International Festival of North Alabama 2010, Bandito Southside, The Sports Page, Lowe Mill Arts and Entertainment Festival 2010, Rocket City Brewfest 2010, Flying Monkey Arts -- Concerts on the Dock, Bandito Burrito Southside, as well as a couple of community benefits including, The Still Serving Veteran’s Irish Christmas Benefit and The United Cerebral Palsy's Benefit "An Irish Evening". Bourbon & Shamrocks has also booked numerous private parties.
